Phil (Eng)., M.Phil (Edn)., PhD (Edn)., M.A (Soc)., TESOL is a Meticulous Education Professional with a 14 years of rich experience in the gamut of English Education. She has gained Global exposure in teaching English for Teacher Trainees in Erbil. She has worked as an Assistant Professor of English Education at Lebanese French University, Erbil, Loyola College of Education, Chennai and SRM College of Education, Chennai. She has headed the English Department, Research Committee, Conference Committee, Magazine Committee and Cultural Committee. She has been the Resource Person for 26 Seminars, 8 Conferences and 12 Workshops. She has conducted many in-service trainings for the English Teachers at the Zonal, District and State Levels. She has mentored Head masters and Headmistresses on Classroom Management and Disciplining Adolescents. She has been the Key Resource person at the SSA and RMSA. She has been the Resource person on the Teaching of English for schools, colleges and universities. She has conducted around 14 Classroom-based researches in the teaching of English. In her Doctoral Research titled, ‘Brain Dominance, English Language Proficiency and Allocentrism: A Triad for enhancing the Life Skills among College Students’, she has tried to emphasize the need for Life-oriented skills. She has recommended changes in the Curriculum for the betterment of individuals and society.
