International Agriculture University Students’ Historical and Cultural Trip to Samarkand

🌞 On October 12, the university students went on an amazing trip to Samarkand! The university bus left early at 5:30 AM and arrived in the grand city of Samarkand around 10:00 AM. The students had the chance to explore beautiful and historic sites.

🕌 They visited landmarks like Registan Square and the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, experiencing the city’s rich history. The trip also included a stop at the famous Siab Bazaar, where they enjoyed local dishes.

🎒 Along the way, they made another interesting stop—visiting a melon market in the Syrdarya region. Here, the students enjoyed the delightful scent of fresh melons. On their way back, they also took a final look at the center of Samarkand!

This trip brought unforgettable memories to the students! We are grateful to our university for organizing a journey filled with exciting activities and new learning experiences! 😍
