Yokutkhon Naimkhonova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Bangor University. She further expanded her academic horizons by pursuing a Master’s degree at Shandong University of Finance and Economics in China, where she gained valuable insights into global business practices.

During her studies, she actively participated in the international Cesim Business Simulation Games and the One Belt One Road International Conference, enhancing her understanding of international trade and collaboration.

With significant experience in Supply Chain Management, Yokutkhon has worked in Uzbekistan and abroad, developing a strong expertise in optimizing operations, supply chain processes and logistics. She later earned a second Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Higher School of Economics (HSE), solidifying her knowledge and skills in this critical field.
She is passionate about leveraging her education and experience to drive efficiency and innovation in supply chain practices.
