This programme operates based on local (Uzbek) requirements. The mode of study for PhD/DSc programmes is both full-time and part-time (as an Independent Researcher).  
Admission requirements and study at the University will be based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 No. 304 “On Measures to Further Improve the System of Postgraduate Education”.  

Supreme Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation is the state body that controls the quality of graduate education and awards graduate degrees (PhD and DSc) in Uzbekistan.
