Mashkhura Babadjanova is now a lecturer at IAU. She graduated from Urganch State University and received her BSc in biology with honours. Her first MSc was on bioecology under award of ZEF-UNESCO scholarship in 2012 at the same University. In July 2017, she received her next MSc in the international course environment, agriculture and resource management in Zagreb University, Croatia. Her research experience dates back to January, 2019 when she joined in project between The Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO), Germany and Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU), Uzbekistan. In 2020, she was awarded with the scholarship of the third postgraduate cohort in EEGA-Leibniz science campus in Leipzig and Halle, Germany. She studies impacts of climate change on agricultural production for her PhD project. Research interests also include climate change, agriculture and food security.
